Swásthya Yoga

Swásthya Yoga is a practice made up of 8 groups of techniques that combine in a dynamic and fluid way to provide physical strength, flexibility, vitality, energy, emotional relaxation and mental focus.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a practice to cultivate stillness and a serene state of mind. By remaining in the postures for a long time (3 to 5 minutes) with the intention of relaxing and stretching the connective tissue of the body, we allow the body and mind to become still, favoring meditative practices and the awakening of a more harmonious and stable internal state.

Meditation

Meditation is a practice of Eastern tradition that seeks a state of stillness and mental serenity.

It is an interesting tool to awaken greater concentration, power of focus and even happiness, being democratic and accessible to all those who wish to experience it.

In this state of greater stability and silence we are able to reduce the agitation of the mind and have more clarity and lucidity.
